As parents of three passionate young athletes, we watched our children pour their hearts into the sports they love. But in Northeast Ohio, year-round training opportunities were limited, and finding a safe, consistent, and inspiring space for them to grow became a challenge. Driven by our kids’ dedication—and our belief that every child deserves a place to chase their potential—we set out to create something special.
What began as a dream for our own family has grown into a premier, locally owned and operated training facility built for the entire NE Ohio community. We wanted more than a building; we wanted a facility where local youth could train, play, and develop as both athletes and kids. A place that feels welcoming, supportive, and safe. A place where passion meets opportunity.
Along the way, we were fortunate to find a partner who shares our vision: Phil Stotter, a professional baseball coach with years of experience training youth, collegiate, and professional athletes. As the Director of Operations for all diamond sports at the Hudson Fieldhouse, Phil brings unparalleled expertise, leadership, and passion to the development of a full-scale baseball academy within our facility. His commitment to athlete development and his deep understanding of the game have elevated our programs and created opportunities for local players to learn, grow, and compete at the highest levels.
Today, Hudson Fieldhouse stands as one of the region’s top training environments, equipped with the tools, technology, and resources young athletes need to thrive year-round. From foundational skills to advanced performance development, we are proud to offer a space designed to elevate athletic growth—no matter a child’s sport, experience, or ambition.
Most importantly, we built this facility to share. It is a community hub, created by local parents, operated by local families, and dedicated to the youth of Northeast Ohio.
